Yes. Training starts with the athlete in front of us. Beginners focus on movement quality, confidence, coordination, strength fundamentals, and safe progression before intensity increases.
M2 Performance works with youth athletes in grades K-8 through the LTAD program. Younger athletes focus on coordination, balance, body control, basic movement principles, and age-appropriate strength.
Yes, as long as the athlete is cleared for training when needed. Injury history is reviewed during the first session so training can respect current limitations and build better movement capacity.
Yes. The foundation is strength, movement quality, speed, power, mobility, and durability, then the plan is adjusted around the athlete's sport, position, season, and goals.
